Role & Responsibilities

Senior Ai Engineer

• , you will:
• **Build Agentic Workflows:**
• Implement orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and validator agents using graph-aware tools.
• **Optimize Retrieval:**
• Build hybrid search pipelines (lexical + vector) and integrate vector databases like FAISS, Milvus, or Pinecone.
• **Model Integration:**
• Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and support domain-specific fine-tuning or adapter models.
• **Scalable Engineering:**
• Develop robust API endpoints and ETL pipelines to support model and agent runtimes.
• **Experiment & Evaluate:**
• Create evaluation suites for reliability, drift detection, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• **Python Expertise:**
• 3-6+ years of strong Python engineering experience.
• **Core ML & Experimental Design:**
• Strong grounding in machine learning and deep learning fundamentals with the ability to design experiments, evaluate model robustness, and mitigate bias.
• **Graph Intelligence:**
• Depth in Graph Theory, Knowledge Graph modeling, and GNNs.
• **Modern AI Patterns:**
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic frameworks, and Prompt Engineering.
• **Data Engineering:**
• Proficiency in building data pipelines, chunking strategies, and handling large datasets.
• **Cloud & Deployment:**
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD workflows.
• **Engineering Discipline:**
• Strong Git discipline, unit testing, and agile pod experience.
• **Excellent problem-solving skills**
