Overview
Join an executive-sponsored AI Transformation team bringing enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
The role combines software engineering, AI development, product thinking, and direct stakeholder engagement.
The team works on greenfield AI initiatives, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered applications at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable architectures and production-ready solutions.
- Design and deploy AI applications, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
- Prototype solutions, evaluate approaches, demonstrate results, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Help establish enterprise AI development, evaluation, delivery, and governance best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5 years of software engineering, application development, or product engineering experience.
- Strong production software experience in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
