The role
The AI Transformation team is rebuilding how Multiverse works function by function and establishing practices for an AI-first company.
The team is a small, focused squad accountable for outcomes end to end and works with existing infrastructure and engineering teams.
Core responsibilities
- Own complete agent systems across architecture, implementation, evaluation, and production operation.
- Design retrieval pipelines, context windows, conversation memory, summarisation strategies, and chunking logic.
- Build evaluation frameworks, automated evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
- Design tool integrations using MCPs, APIs, data contracts, and reliable error handling.
- Contribute to technical direction, review code rigorously, pair with less experienced engineers, and raise production quality standards.
- Use Claude Code as the primary development workflow and mentor others in AI-assisted development.
