The Role
Hendricks is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to lead its new Bangalore engineering pod.
The role is an individual-contributor position involving coding, model training, production deployment, and mentoring.
The engineer will contribute to client deployments across computer vision, video analytics, and applied GenAI.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready computer vision and AI systems.
- Develop object detection, tracking, recognition, and video analytics pipelines.
- Build and optimise pipelines for large-scale image and video datasets.
- Integrate GenAI and LLM technologies, including RAG and agentic workflows.
- Deploy models to cloud, on-premise, and edge environments.
- Resolve production issues across models, pipelines, and integrations.
