Solve complex global supply-chain and retail problems through machine learning, especially Generative AI.
Build GenAI solutions using external OpenAI and GCP models together with proprietary models.
Develop and evolve a foundational forecasting model and integrate it into product offerings.
Deliver AI research and development objectives for project modules.
Design and develop deep learning and GenAI architectures and algorithms with AI leads, architects, and the CTO.
Contribute to intellectual property generation and work toward patenting key inventions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying GenAI to real-world problems.

Four to six years of experience in machine learning.
At least two to three years of experience in deep learning and Generative AI.
At least two to three years of experience in computer vision or natural language processing.

Strong conceptual knowledge of generative modeling, including autoencoders, diffusion, and transformer architectures.
Knowledge of efficient fine-tuning mechanisms such as adapter training and multi-task learning.
Knowledge of Bayesian and multi-fidelity hyperparameter optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of the evolving global Generative AI ecosystem.
Proficiency in Python and associated frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Prior experience building or fine-tuning LLMs is preferred.
A master's or Ph.D. in computing, systems, mathematics, machine learning, or a related area is preferred.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain advanced technical concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators.
Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
