Purpose of the role
Design, build and operate AI-powered features used by customers and colleagues at scale.
Work hands-on with large language models, agentic systems and modern engineering frameworks.
Own the lifecycle from identifying AI opportunities and shaping architecture through production improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI feature design and delivery for reliable, scalable production systems.
- Design LLM and agentic architectures while balancing performance, cost, security and reliability.
- Provide technical direction, architecture input, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Build backend services, APIs and AI integrations with TypeScript, Node.js and modern frameworks.
- Define evaluation, monitoring, reusable AI patterns and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product, data, platform, architecture and security teams.
Required experience
- Strong software engineering experience with scalable, production-grade systems.
- Strong TypeScript, Node.js and backend engineering experience, including APIs and service integration.
- Production experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Amazon Bedrock.
