Quantum Integrators is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for business-critical applications.
The role requires expertise in generative AI, Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI platforms.
The position is based in Pune and requires work from the office.
The schedule follows a UK shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST, and immediate joiners are requested.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for business-critical applications.
- Build generative AI applications using LLMs and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Fine-tune foundation models and implement RAG architectures with vector databases.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI standards are followed.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with a major in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and solution development.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Exposure to MLOps tools and frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise AI deployments and production-grade systems.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams and US-based clients.
Work arrangement
- The role is based in Pune and requires work from the office.
- Working hours are 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST to support a UK shift.
