Role overview
Aduna is building an AI and Data team for a global platform exposing standardized mobile network APIs through CAMARA and GSMA Open Gateway.
The Senior AI Developer will design, build, and operate AI systems in production and help shape how AI fits into the platform.
The role is based in Montréal with a hybrid model requiring three days in the Montréal office.
First-year focus
- Take the MCP server from proof of concept to product, including agent registration, trust, guardrails, and observability.
- Build internal AI tools such as code assistants, documentation assistants, workflow automation, and an evaluation harness.
- Build and operate data and ML pipelines behind analytics products and platform signals on AWS or Azure.
- Design, ship, and operate LLM and agent services on Kubernetes with authentication, rate limits, and monitoring.
- Own production MCP tooling over CAMARA APIs, including identity, risk-tiered access, threat modeling, antifraud, and anomaly detection.
- Deliver infrastructure as code with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD, and Git.
- Contribute to open-source and standards work, write design documents, review code, and mentor engineers.
