About the Role
Decagon is hiring a Senior Agent Product Manager to own the delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You will serve as the executive partner to C-suite leaders, design and build AI agents, and drive transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities, building working AI agents that turn skeptical buyers into signed customers
- Serve as the executive partner to the C suite of Fortune 500 companies, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise grade AI agents in production
- Turn frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and feed into Decagon's product roadmap
- Direct Forward deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale
- Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering, shaping the product based on front line learnings
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives
- A builder's instinct: desire to design and build the actual solution
- Strong technical acumen: ability to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Executive presence and a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision makers
- Comfort operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands on technical experience (preferred)
- MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology (preferred)
- Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level (preferred)
