• The role
• Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, the Senior Advisor, Compensation & Data serves as a trusted advisor to the Talent & Culture team, managers, and senior leadership on compensation programs and related processes.
• The Senior Advisor, Compensation & Data plays a key role in the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. They also contribute to the optimization of compensation-related processes within the HRIS. In addition, they are responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making, internal equity, and external competitiveness.

• Compensation
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of annual salary review cycles and incentive compensation programs;
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on compensation policies, programs, and practices;
• Conduct compensation analyses, job evaluations, and market studies to support organizational decision-making;
• Participate in the design, update, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and guidelines;
• Develop and deliver information sessions and training on compensation programs;
• Support internal and external audits related to compensation programs and processes under their responsibility.
• HR Data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports related to compensation and workforce metrics;
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of data used in compensation analyses and processes.
