- Welcome customers professionally and explain available service options clearly.
- Create accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and quotations for customer approval.
- Obtain customer approval before starting any repairs or additional work.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and completion time.
- Prepare and explain invoices clearly upon job completion.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote workshop services including tyres, batteries, A/C services, and maintenance packages.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and basic vehicle systems
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong customer service and client handling experience
- Computer skills (job cards, invoicing systems, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and professional manner
- Problem solving skills with a customer first attitude
