Service Advisor

  • We are seeking a professional and customer focused Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally and explain available service options clearly.
  • Create accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and quotations for customer approval.
  • Obtain customer approval before starting any repairs or additional work.
  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and completion time.
  • Prepare and explain invoices clearly upon job completion.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote workshop services including tyres, batteries, A/C services, and maintenance packages.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service and basic vehicle systems.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong customer service and client handling experience.
  • Computer skills (job cards, invoicing systems, MS Office, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and professional manner.
  • Problem solving skills with a customer first attitude.
