Lead and manage the technical execution of PIC Control System projects from initiation through completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain regular communication with end-users through coordination meetings, project status updates, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and quality processes to ensure compliance with testing standards and ISO 9001 requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Electrical, preferably)
7+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in risk management and problem-solving
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline
