Role Overview
The role is an Admission Counsellor position focused on converting provided prospective-customer leads into sales.
The work includes customer communication, service explanation, online demonstrations, lead follow-up, and sales closing.
Shift Timings
- Shifts are scheduled from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads and follow up on calls and emails.
- Convert leads through outbound calls and explain company services.
- Understand customer needs and conduct effective online demonstrations.
- Use product knowledge to showcase suitable company solutions to prospects.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Use a database, CRM, or other software to track prospect progress.
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the manager.
Pay
- Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
