Job Summary: Network Engineer - Enterprise DNAC/LAN

Job Responsibilities: LAN Operations Support\\r\\n• Support enterprise LAN infrastructure across global locations.\\r\\n• Monitor network health and availability.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 connectivity issues.\\r\\n• Support VLAN, trunking, port configuration, and connectivity requests.\\r\\n• Execute standard network provisioning requests.\\r\\nSwitching Support\\r\\n• Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series\\r\\n• Cisco Nexus Platforms\\r\\n• Aruba CX Switches\\r\\n• HPE Comware Switching\\r\\nRouting & Switching\\r\\n• Support OSPF, EIGRP, BGP environments.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot STP-related issues.\\r\\n• Support HSRP and VRRP operations.\\r\\n• Perform route verification and connectivity validation.\\r\\n\\r\\nIncident & Request Management\\r\\n• Resolve L2 incidents within SLA.\\r\\n• Support L1 team whenever necessary and work closely with the L1 team.\\r\\n• Support service request fulfillment.\\r\\n• Escalate complex issues to L3 teams.\\r\\n• Update incident and change records in ServiceNow.\\r\\nChange Management\\r\\n• Implement approved network changes.\\r\\n• Execute maintenance activities.\\r\\n• Validate successful implementations.\\r\\n• Perform rollback activities if required.\\r\\nMonitoring & Tools\\r\\n• Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC)\\r\\n• SolarWinds\\r\\n• Splunk\\r\\n• ThousandEyes\\r\\n• ServiceNow\\r\\n• iObserve\\r\\nDocumentation\\r\\n• Update network diagrams.\\r\\n• Maintain CMDB records.\\r\\n• Create implementation and troubleshooting reports.\\r\\nRequired Skills\\r\\n• Cisco Catalyst Switching\\r\\n• Cisco Nexus Switching\\r\\n• Aruba CX Switching\\r\\n• VLANs, STP, EtherChannel\\r\\n• OSPF, EIGRP\\r\\n• HSRP, VRRP\\r\\n• Basic QoS knowledge\\r\\n• ServiceNow\\r\\n

Skill Requirement: • 3-5 years of LAN Operations experience.\\r\\n• Experience in enterprise campus networks.\\r\\n• Experience supporting 24x7 operations.\\r\\n
