Senior Administrator - ESW – LOTO/Commissioning Support

The Senior Administrator – ESW – LOTO/Commissioning Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This position supports commissioning activities and ensures effective implementation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ESW (Electrical Safe Work) processes across relevant projects.

The Senior Administrator will coordinate documentation, track permits, maintain compliance records, and assist in preparing reports and schedules for commissioning teams.

The role involves collaborating with project managers, technical staff, and health and safety personnel to ensure all commissioning and LOTO activities follow company standards and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Administrator will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, updating procedures, and supporting training and awareness initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong administrative and coordination skills, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping.

Candidates should possess experience with commissioning support activities, including tracking milestones, preparing reports, and liaising with technical teams.

Candidates should possess knowledge of safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Electrical Safe Work (ESW) practices, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.

Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office software, data entry tools, and digital workflow systems used for project and safety documentation.

Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project, engineering, and safety teams.

Relevant technical or administrative qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in engineering, safety management, business administration, or related field) is preferred.

Previous experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or energy sectors, particularly in the GCC region, will be an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
