About the Team and Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Support manager to join us on a part-time, fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover as a Senior Administrator within Youth Support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and rewarding role where you will lead the Business Support function, support a small team of Business Administrators and work closely with the Business Lead Administrator and Senior Administrators across the wider service.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Support manager to provide maternity cover on a part-time, fixed term basis as a Senior Administrator.
The successful candidate will lead the Business Support function within the Youth Support Team.
The role involves direct line management of a small team of Business Administrators.
You will work closely with the Business Lead Administrator and Senior Administrators within the wider Reviewing Service.
Duties
will include:-
- Leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality Business Support tasks
- Providing supervision, guidance and Personal Development Reviews for team members
- Supporting effective performance, wellbeing and absence management
- Allocating, tracking and quality-checking work to ensure excellent service delivery
- Using data and insight to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Contributing to bespoke projects that improve ways of working across the service
About You
You will be a proactive, organised and approachable leader with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with Service Leads, attend management meetings and deliver training to Team Administrators.
You will be able to balance competing priorities, manage deadlines and maintain strong oversight of processes, performance and quality.
