BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to support the Assurance Executive Team in Oakville. The role involves handling confidential information, preparing financial statements, and providing administrative support to Partners and Senior Managers.

Responsibilities
- Handle confidential and sensitive client information
- Provide direct administrative support to Partners, Senior Managers and professional staff
- Prepare financial statements and related documents using Caseview or Word/Excel
- Perform quality control on visual presentation of financial statements, including proofreading and cross referencing
- Convert financial statements into various formats for electronic and hard copy presentation
- Lock down and archive files and tax returns in a paperless data storage system
- Print, process/assemble and e file various tax forms (T1, T2, T3, etc.)
- Ensure all working paper, tax, correspondence and other documents are filed correctly
- Ensure timely delivery of client service
- Check working paper files for sign off and follow up with Partners/Managers
- Resolve routine matters to conserve Partners' time
- Provide assistance to other Partners, staff during absences
Requirements
- 3 5 years of administration experience
- Office Administration diploma or related
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- Good judgment and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and handle confidential information
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Teamwork and client service orientation
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset

- BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional in Oakville to support the Assurance Executive Team.
- This is for an existing vacancy.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling of confidential and sensitive client information.
- Providing direct administrative support to Partners, Senior Managers and respective professional staff.
- Preparation of financial statement and related documents using Caseview or Word/Excel.
- Quality control regarding visual presentation of financial statements, including proof reading, check additions, transfers and cross referencing.
- Conversion of financial statements and other documentation into various formats.
- Locking down and archiving of files and tax returns in a paperless data storage system.
- Printing, processing/assembling and e filing of various tax forms.
- Ensuring that all working paper, tax, correspondence and other documents are filed correctly.
- Ensuring timely delivery of client service.
- Check working paper files for sign off on specific forms and documentation completion.
- Resolving matters of a routine nature to conserve the Partners time.
- Provide assistance to other Partners, staff during periods of support staff vacations, illness and other absenteeism.
Your Experience and Education
- At least 3 5 years of administration experience.
- Office Administration diploma (or related).
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency to learn new software.
- Ability to prioritize workload and flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
- Good judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven work environment and deal with confidential information.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills both written and oral.
- Value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset.
Salary Range
- Expected salary range: CAD 45k CAD 75k annually.
