Responsibilities
- Manage books of accounts: invoicing, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Oversee bookkeeping for company clients (remote and on site)
- Prepare and review VAT returns
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead meetings
- Support company formation, renewals, and compliance processes in UAE/free zones
- Assist with corporate documentation (board resolutions, POAs, filings, etc.)
- Coordinate with authorities, agents, and clients for ongoing requirements
- Provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Minimum 5 years of UAE accounting experience
- Hands on experience with UAE VAT filing and compliance
- Prior experience in a client facing role (handling meetings independently)
- Experience working with multiple clients (accounting firm / corporate services / consultancy preferred)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to attend in person client meetings in the UAE
- Experience in company formation / corporate services preferred
- Knowledge of free zone regulations in the UAE preferred
- Accounting certifications (ACCA / CA / CPA) preferred

Role Overview

Must Have Criteria (Strict Filters)
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside UAE will be rejected).
- Minimum 5 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Hands on experience with UAE VAT filing and compliance.
- Prior experience in a client facing role (handling meetings independently).
- Experience working with multiple clients (accounting firm / corporate services / consultancy preferred).
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to attend in person client meetings in the UAE.
