Senior Accounting Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Work Location

• The role is based in one of the U.S. hubs: Boston, New York, Seattle, or Scottsdale.
• The hybrid schedule requires onsite work Tuesday through Friday and permits remote work on Monday, subject to approved accommodation.

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including GL consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and account reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Review operating expenses, P&L, and Balance Sheet activity to identify trends, variances, and key drivers.
• Support OneStream rollout through data validation, process design, and monthly close reviews.
• Prepare journal entries and strengthen internal controls, including SOX control execution and documentation.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to reduce manual spreadsheet work.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Assist with special projects, ad hoc analyses, and finance transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA is preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience; GL consolidation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong flux and variance analysis experience over the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Experience with consolidation and ERP tools and strong intercompany accounting knowledge.
• OneStream, HFM, or similar platform experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, data analytics, or reporting automation experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Base Pay

• The listed base pay range is USD 109,800 to USD 175,680.
• Total compensation may include base pay, bonus, and stock awards.
