Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and payroll processing
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with audits and year end closing
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records
- Manage office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers for administrative and operational requirements
- Maintain and update records, contracts, and agreements in a systematic manner
- Assist in HR and employee documentation processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Administration within the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
