Role overview
Senior Accountant role supporting accounting and bookkeeping for US-based clients.
The role is based in Ahmedabad and is described as work from office or in person.

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Record and process vendor bills, payments, and owner disbursements.
- Handle tenant ledgers, rent postings, and security deposits.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Use QuickBooks Online, AppFolio, Yardi, DoorLoop, and similar software.
- Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients through email and calls.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is required; US experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and property management software is preferred.
- Good understanding of US accounting principles is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
- The first two Saturdays of each month are working days.
Work location
- Work location is Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad, with work from office or in-person attendance.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹375,000–₹550,000 per year.
- Benefits include flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off.
