About the Role
The Base Beverage LLC is hiring a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage client inquiries, coordinate between departments, and support the sales team in the beverage and food solutions industry.

Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings
- Present company products and solutions to clients when required
- Coordinate with factory, laboratory, and other internal departments regarding production orders, product development, and sample requests
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and client records
- Ensure all client interactions, opportunities, and activities are accurately entered and maintained in the CRM system
- Track order progress and provide timely updates to clients and management
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or similar role
- Experience in food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Fluent English is required

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the beverage and food solutions industry.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
