Job Description

Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial documentation

Project Cost Management

• Track project costs and monitor expenses against approved budgets
• Reconcile supplier and subcontractor accounts
• Assist in preparing project cost reports and project financial summaries
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain related records

Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Prepare client invoices, progress billing, and milestone billing documents
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments
• Maintain accurate client payment records

Accounts Payable & Payment Processing

• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Verify invoices and payment terms before processing payments
• Coordinate and maintain payment schedules

Cash Flow & Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly cash flow reports and financial projections
• Monitor project expenses and support cost-control activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum **3–4 years of accounting experience** (UAE construction industry experience preferred)
• Good understanding of project accounting and cost control principles
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures
• Experience using accounting software such as **Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, or ERP systems**
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with construction project billing and subcontractor payment processes
• Knowledge of project-wise P&L reporting
• Experience in handling purchase orders and cost tracking
