Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Review and verify sales, purchases, expenses, transfers, and inventory related entries
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and branch transactions
- Work closely with the FRB ERP system including accounting, inventory, warehouse, branch transfers, procurement, POS integration, online order systems
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, expense reports, sales analysis, inventory valuation reports, branch performance reports
- Analyze financial performance and identify risks or operational inefficiencies
- Monitor food cost and operational expenses
- Verify inventory movements between warehouse and branches
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure VAT and financial reporting compliance according to UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is considered an advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in restaurant industry, Food & Beverage operations, ERP systems, inventory accounting, multi branch operations
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, inventory management, VAT regulations, financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using ERP systems and financial dashboards

Job Summary
- FRB is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations across multiple business units including restaurant operations, inventory, warehouse transfers, online sales channels, procurement, and ERP based accounting systems.
- The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring operational transactions, supporting management reporting, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and financial standards.
- This role requires strong accounting knowledge, operational awareness, and the ability to work within a fast paced restaurant and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities Financial Operations
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Review and verify sales, purchases, expenses, transfers, and inventory related entries.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and branch transactions.
Key Responsibilities ERP & System Management

- Identify operational or accounting discrepancies within the system.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve financial system issues.

- Prepare: Monthly financial reports, Profit & loss statements, Expense reports, Sales analysis, Inventory valuation reports, Branch performance reports.
- Analyze financial performance and identify risks or operational inefficiencies.
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor food cost and operational expenses.
- Verify inventory movements between warehouse and branches.
- Review stock adjustments, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in implementing internal controls for inventory management.
Key Responsibilities Compliance & Auditing
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Ensure VAT and financial reporting compliance according to UAE regulations.
Qualifications

Experience
