Senior Accountant role responsible for technical accounting, accounting information integrity, and management of a growing accounting team.

The role is full-time and based in person.

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and technical accounting.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing an accounting team.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information and support accounting compliance.

Record, verify, consolidate, and enter accounting transactions.
Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain the general ledger, prepare trial balances, and reconcile entries.
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.

Manage the payroll process.
Complete external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information to auditors.
Comply with legal requirements and secure financial information through database backups.
Protect organizational value by keeping financial information confidential.
Train and manage accountants.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar major is required.
A master's degree in accounting or an MBA is preferred.
CA Inter or CMW is listed as an alternative preferred qualification.
Certified Public Accountant qualification is strongly preferred.
At least 10 years of accounting or finance experience and at least five years as a manager are required.
