Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records and monitor outstanding balances.
- Handle VAT-related accounting, records, and documentation.
- Assist with inventory and stock-related accounting.
- Prepare monthly accounts and management reports.
- Maintain filing and documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain customer and supplier KYC documentation.
- Support AML/CFT records, reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory checks.
- Coordinate with management on accounting, financial, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Knowledge of VAT-related accounting, records, and documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records.
- Ability to maintain KYC and AML/CFT compliance documentation.
