Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure correct execution of financial monitoring procedures
- Reconcile client and vendor accounts and prepare reports on balances
- Prepare payroll entries and deductions and payments to relevant entities
- Prepare payments through the electronic banking system
- Monitor accounts and banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
- Ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
- Ensure registration of all financial transactions accurately in the electronic accounting system
- Monitor and process tax invoices and ensure compliance with tax and zakat requirements
- Prepare and evaluate monthly analytical reports on revenues, expenses, and other financial accounts

Job Description

- Responsible for preparing payroll entries and deductions and payments to relevant entities such as social insurance.
- Responsible for preparing payments through the electronic banking system.
- Monitoring accounts and banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, and executing necessary banking transactions.
