Job Purpose
To manage and execute accounting operations with high accuracy and compliance, ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the company’s financial efficiency and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Maintain and manage the General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related activities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions

- Hands-on experience with

- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications & Requirements
- Saudi Nationality only
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proven experience working with
Oracle Erp
- is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- Experience in financial reporting and closing cycles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Prior experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services is considered a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of commission-based business models is a plus
