About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supplier ledger reconciliation with supplier statements and payments
- Managing advances to suppliers, booking and updating supplier invoices and ledgers, completing supplier invoice verification
- Liaising with supplier payment related issues and customer payment status update
- Managing Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credits
- Month end closing entries
- Managing other supplier payments
- Liaising with Internal and External Auditors for provision of required information and documents
- Other MIS reports as required by Management, i.e. Bank balances and facilities fortnight report, bank balances report, etc.
- Compliance to related SOP
- Part of risk management team and manage related risks
- Review financial statement as per IFRS
Requirements
- Experienced in Accounts Payable
- Should have SAP experience
- Must have own visa
- Accounting degree
- UAE experience

Duties
- Supplier’s ledgers reconciliation with supplier statements and payments
