SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (M/F)

Overview

• Our client, a growing organization operating in property management and events, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo Accounting, solid experience in VAT compliance (KSA), and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations:
• Record all financial transactions (revenues & expenses) in Odoo.
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable (rent, services, suppliers, events).
• Issue E-invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor collections.
• Handle property accounting: rental income, service fees, expenses, and financial reporting (costs, profitability, budgets).
• Analyze property performance.
• Manage event accounting: cost tracking (vendors, logistics, catering), revenue recording, profitability analysis, and post-event reporting .
• Ensure full VAT compliance (15%), including VAT returns in line with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and E-Invoicing (FATOORA) requirements.
• Manage tax audits and documentation.
• Prepare monthly & annual financial statements and perform closing (monthly & year-end) in Odoo.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and support budgeting & forecasting.
• Manage and optimize Odoo Accounting system (taxes, workflows, reporting, data accuracy).
