Responsibilities
- Manage Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow
- Oversee the entire finance function including accounts payable, compliance, and governance through SOPs
- Handle all aspects of accounting operations: payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation
- Ensure timely closing of books for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Develop effective tracking methods for revenue and expenses
- Provide financial advice and recommend financing options to support organizational growth
- Maintain financial accounting, expense control, tax matters, and general accounts; finalize accounts
- Manage funds, cash flow, taxation (VAT), budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audits; establish MIS and reporting guidelines
- Conduct banking transactions with multiple banks
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Tally Prime; bookkeeping experience in Tally is mandatory
- Education: B.Com/M.Com, Postgraduate in Finance, MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills (fluent in English – verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Prior accounting work experience in Dubai, UAE
