To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Accountant located in Kendal.
Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with UK and US GAAP requirements.
Manage intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, and related payments across multiple entities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communicate financial results to management.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, inventory valuation, and coordinate annual stock take activities.
Generate and analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance processes and controls.
Support tax compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.
Contribute to key finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process improvement projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate finance environment; manufacturing industry experience would be a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, month-end close processes, and balance sheet management.
Experience with financial reporting under UK GAAP (and US GAAP).
Part-qualified, finalist, or fully qualified professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous process improvements.
