Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete accounting function for the company and its subsidiary businesses
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
- Handle UAE VAT filing, Corporate Tax filing, and ensure compliance with all UAE regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and financial analyses
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Support investment evaluations, business expansion plans, and strategic financial decisions
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to increase profitability and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, or CMA (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE accounting experience
- Previous experience in an Investment Firm is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing accounts for multiple business entities
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems, or similar
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- English (Required); Hindi and Arabic (Preferred)
