About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the full accounting function, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost analysis, and payroll coordination. The role involves managing receivables, payables, and supporting management with pricing decisions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s full accounting function, including sales, purchases, invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure all transactions are properly posted, classified, and reconciled
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and management reports for review by management
- Monitor receivables, payables, supplier balances, and customer collections to ensure healthy financial control
- Review costs and assist management in pricing decisions for flowers, delivery charges, event services, and other operational activities
- Analyze margins and support management in maintaining profitable pricing structures across retail, online, and event business
- Coordinate payroll related information, including salary records, employee leave balances, and internal staff documentation
- Maintain accurate finance and administration records with confidentiality, precision, and timeliness
- Support budget tracking, expense control, and financial analysis for daily operations
- Work closely with Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Florist, Event, and Management teams to ensure smooth financial workflow
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities, reconciliations, and audit preparation
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records and supporting documents
Requirements
- Senior Accountant: 5 10 years required
- Experience in costing, pricing, and margin analysis
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
