Role Overview

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Individual hands-on experience preparing and filing UAE Corporate Tax returns.
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing VAT returns.
• Experience with Tally and Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and financial reporting.
• Comfort with regular or weekly visits to company locations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review day-to-day accounting activities across company locations.
• Visit company offices in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman to check and monitor accounts.
• Review financial records, transactions, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle UAE Corporate Tax calculations and filing.
• Handle UAE VAT calculations, reconciliations, and VAT return filing.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and documentation.
• Reconcile bank, customer, supplier, and other financial accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records.
• Monitor procedures, identify discrepancies, maintain records, and provide management reports.

Compensation

• Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
• Salary is offered based on experience, qualifications, and current market standards.

Work Location

• Work location is in person.
• Regular travel is required between company locations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
