Senior Accountant

Overview

• The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting audits.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Manage general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Monitor and improve accounting systems and internal controls
• Supervise junior accounting staff (if applicable)
• Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
