Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
- Record and verify daily financial transactions
- Manage the general ledger and chart of accounts
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
- Prepare Corporate Tax computations and support tax return filings
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations
- Maintain proper tax documentation and records
- Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities when required
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations

- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
- Record and verify daily financial transactions
- Manage the general ledger and chart of accounts
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies
VAT & UAE Corporate Tax
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time
- Prepare Corporate Tax computations and support tax return filings
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
- Maintain proper tax documentation and records
- Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities when required
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections
- Resolve discrepancies in customer and supplier accounts
- Ensure timely billing and payment processing
Banking & Cash Management
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Manage petty cash and company bank accounts
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, guarantees, and facilities
