About the Role

- Manage day to day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate recording of inventory and cost of goods
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting, support financial planning
- Maintain compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and improve internal controls
- Support audits and other financial reviews
Requirements
- Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of UAE accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid skills in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred

Role Description
- Manage the company’s day to day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month end and year end closing activities
- Prepare financial statements and management reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate recording of inventory and cost of goods, particularly related to jewelry trading

Qualifications

- Knowledge of UAE accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance; experience in retail or luxury goods is an advantage
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid skills in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred
