Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, principles, and financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Prepare data for GST and TDS returns, coordinate with external auditors, file VAT returns in UAE, and assist in annual audits closure.
- Oversee finalization of accounts including Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statement, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Handle daily accounting tasks such as bank vouchers, cash vouchers, journal entries, sales and purchase invoices, and bank reconciliation.
- Process payroll and salary calculations, ensuring compliance with legal payroll requirements including Provident Fund, ESIC, etc.
- Prepare and present various MIS reports to senior management for strategic decision making.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or Accounting / Inter CA
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, Tally ERP or SAP
- Experience with accounting software
