- Review and reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions
- Monitor and analyze project and business unit P&L performance
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Maintain fixed asset registers and related reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities
- Ensure proper use and management of QuickBooks accounting software
- Improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Chinese nationality preferred
- Experience in group companies or multi entity operations preferred
- UAE finance experience is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are a diversified group of companies in Dubai and are currently seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee financial management, reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions.

- Good command of English (spoken and written) as a working language.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple company accounts.
- UAE finance experience is an advantage.
