About the Role
Fortis Easy Panel for Precast Building Manufacturing Co LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support audit and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions and ensure all ledger accounts are accurately reconciled
- Maintain proper, audit ready documentation for all financial transactions
- Maintain the petty cash statement and record all related transactions in the accounting software
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Prepare required schedules and documentation to support external/internal audits
- Manage end to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Record supplier and customer invoices in the system
- Manage customer invoicing and follow up on collections
- Reconcile supplier and customer account statements
- Assist in preparing subcontractor payment certificates
- Apply working knowledge of UAE VAT to day to day transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with employee medical insurance applications and renewals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on accounting experience (construction/manufacturing industry background preferred)
- Educational Qualification: ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA or MBA (Finance) preferred
- Strong, demonstrable experience with Odoo (mandatory preference)
- Solid working knowledge of UAE VAT
- Proven experience managing collections and client account relationships
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi
- Valid UAE driving license (compulsory)
- Presentable, professional, and confident in client facing interactions
- Able to join immediately

About the Role
- Salary: AED 8,500 – 10,000 per month (based on experience)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- We are looking for an experienced, hands on Senior Accountant to manage day to day accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support audit and compliance processes.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working independently, and has strong, proven experience with Odoo accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- General Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record day to day financial transactions and ensure all ledger accounts are accurately reconciled; Maintain proper, audit ready documentation for all financial transactions; Maintain the petty cash statement and record all related transactions in the accounting soft
- Month End / Year End & Audit Support: Assist with month end and year end closing activities; Prepare required schedules and documentation to support external/internal audits
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage end to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; Record supplier and customer invoices in the system; Manage customer invoicing and follow up on collections; Reconcile supplier and customer account statements; Assist in preparing subcontractor payment certif

Requirements
