A dynamic Holding Group seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations for multiple entities, ensure UAE tax compliance, and prepare consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day accounting operations for multiple entities under the holding umbrella
- Prepare and manage consolidated financial statements and ensure accurate inter company reconciliations
- Maintain strict compliance with UAE Tax laws, including accurate and timely filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns via the FTA portal
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management to support group level decision making
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a holding company structure
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or ACA certification highly preferred
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and UAE Corporate Tax & VAT laws
- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Odoo Accounting modules

About the Role
- We are a dynamic Holding Group with a growing presence in the financial and marketing sectors. We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our holding structure, ensuring full compliance with UAE tax regulations, and delivering accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day accounting operations for multiple entities under the holding umbrella.
- Prepare and manage consolidated financial statements and ensure accurate inter company reconciliations.
- Maintain strict compliance with UAE Tax laws, including accurate and timely filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns via the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management to support group level decision making.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a holding company structure.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certifications: ACCA, CPA, CMA, or ACA is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Skills: Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and UAE Corporate Tax & VAT laws.
