Overview
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly closing processes,.
Should be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Should be able to process accounts receivable, accounts payable and GL related transactions
- Able to reconcile bank, related party balances and other payment accounts
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Responsible for doing month end closing and preparing monthly internal management accounts.
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- understanding of taxation laws applicable in UAE
Qualifications
- 10+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA/CA preferred
