Responsibilities
- Manage project and trading accounts, budgeting, cost control, payroll, and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, customer collections, supplier payments, and perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with banks for project financing, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and other banking facilities
- Review project invoicing, inventory transactions, vendor payments, and conduct profitability analysis
- Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction and trading industries
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, inventory accounting, UAE VAT, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
