About the Role
Mineral Expertise Marble and Natural Stones LLC seeks a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow control. Requires 3+ years UAE accounting experience and knowledge of VAT regulations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping records
- Prepare and review sales invoices, purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash transactions
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet reports, and Cash Flow Statements
- Monitor company cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and report financial status to management
- Analyze expenses, revenues, and project profitability
- Follow up on customer collections and supplier payments
- Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
- Experience preparing Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and financial reports
- Good knowledge of accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a small company environment
- Experience in construction, fit out, contracting is preferred
