Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash balances
- Support inventory, cost control, and monthly closing activities
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
- Salaries and WPS posting on both bank system and ERP system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality sector
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- ERP experience and Restaurants Management Systems
- CMA, CIMA, CA, MBA or equivalent certificate is a plus
