About the Role
Italco International seeks an experienced Senior Accountant with 4-6 years of UAE experience, preferably in retail, interior fit-out, and joinery. The role involves full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, inventory management, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting including month end and year end closing
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and reports)
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and manage bank transactions
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes
- Handle Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), vendor coordination, and payment processing
- Coordinate and monitor online sales platforms (Talabat, Noon, Careem, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and UAE statutory regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct financial analysis and implement cost control measures
- Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities
Requirements
- Minimum 4 6 years of UAE experience as an Accountant
- Experience in retail, interior fit out and joinery industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and online sales platforms
- Hands on experience with VAT, corporate tax, and compliance
- Available for immediate interview/joining
- M.Com / MBA / CA / CMA qualification

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full cycle accounting, financial management, inventory control, and operational support.
