- Manage invoice management, payment collection & application, ledger reconciliation, reporting & analysis
- Prepare, review, and monitor project cost calculations, job costing, profitability analysis, and budget variance reports
- Handle Qatar Taxation matters including preparation, reconciliation, and compliance
- Coordinate and maintain financial documentation for In Country Value (ICV) program compliance
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by preparing schedules and reconciliations
- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist Finance Manager in cash flow planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, clients, and suppliers on finance related matters
- Participate in ERP system improvements, process automation, and financial control initiatives

- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
- Assist the Finance Manager in cash flow planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, clients, and suppliers on finance related matters.
- Participate in ERP system improvements, process automation, and implementation of financial control initiatives.
- Undertake any other finance, accounting, taxation, commercial, or administrative responsibilities assigned.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR 8,500 QAR 9,000 per month.
