Role overview
Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is mandatory.
- Previous UAE experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting regulations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial reporting for the contracting business.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Complete account reconciliations.
- Manage month-end closing activities.
- Apply UAE VAT and accounting regulations in accounting operations.
