Job Summary
TAMM GROUP LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant.
The role requires at least 6–7 years of relevant experience.
Construction, trading, and real estate industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Manage accounting for construction projects, trading transactions, and real estate activities.
- Prepare project-wise cost reports, expense analyses, and profitability statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, purchase documents, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Understand the relevant legal structure.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable accounting requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 6–7 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
